SKAMER-ACM was founded in 1987 as a limited liability company based in Tarnów. The main line of our business included different branches mostly measurement and automation in industrial sectors.

In 1990 the company was divided and in order to continue its automation and management activities a new company was created under the name of Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowo Produkcyjne SKAMER-ACM : the letters stand for Automation Control Measurement.

In our initial years, we specialized in design of measurement and automation systems. Later on, we extended our service range, including: delivery of appliances, installation and start-up of facilities as well as professional warranty and post-warranty service. In 1992 we launched our sales department, of automation and electrical components.

In 1993, the department was created in Kraków, which expanded our area of ​​activity of the Polish province further south-east.

In January 2003, the company has implemented a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 in terms of "comprehensive engineering services such as design, supply, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and service and sale of equipment in the field of industrial automation" - confirmed by certificate No. 75 100 6896 / 28/109. In 2006 and 2009 there were further renewal of the certificate, which is valid until 2014.

Another extension of the offer of the company is launching an Internet platform called KATALOG AUTOMATYKI. Start of work on the catalog took place in September 2008. In July 2010 implemented a trial version KATALOG AUTOMATYKI, and its launch was full of 01.01.2011.
